Terms of Use

Effective date: September 12, 2026

Agreement: These Terms govern your use of Haven (App Store name: Haven: Move to Open), provided by LiveApp LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Haven for personal, lawful purposes on Apple devices you control, subject to Apple's platform terms.
Subscriptions and purchases: Haven offers auto-renewing Monthly and Annual subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase, all called Premium. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on Annual. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current period. Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
What Premium unlocks: Before purchase you can complete onboarding and save your first blocker setup. Screen Time enforcement, guided unblocks, emergency unlocks, schedules, Rooted history, the second app icon, Settings Lock and Extreme Mode require an active trial, subscription or Lifetime purchase.
Blocking limits: Haven enforces limits through Apple's Screen Time system and inherits its boundaries: the shield cannot open Haven for you, deleting the app ends enforcement, and iOS controls what is exposed to the app. The app lists these limits in Settings under About blocking limits. Haven is a tool you configure; you remain responsible for the rules you set, including Extreme Mode and Settings Lock, which are designed to be hard to reverse.
Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse Haven, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with platform security controls, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Service availability: We work to keep Haven reliable, but behavior can be affected by iOS updates, device settings, entitlement status, or changes to Apple's services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No medical advice: Haven is a productivity and digital wellbeing tool. Its movement and breathing sequences are short and gentle, but they are not medical advice. Skip any movement that isn't right for your body.
Termination: You may stop using Haven at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.
Changes: We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Haven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LiveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
