- Agreement
- These Terms govern your use of Haven: Screen Time Control, provided by LiveApp LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
- License
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Haven for personal, lawful purposes on Apple devices you control, subject to Apple's platform terms.
- Subscriptions and purchases
- Haven may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. Billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse Haven, attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security controls, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
- Service availability
- We work to keep Haven reliable, but availability and behavior can be affected by iOS, device settings, entitlement status, or Apple service changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
- No medical or legal advice
- Haven is a productivity and digital wellbeing tool. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
- Termination
- You may stop using Haven at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.
- Changes
- We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
- Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Haven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LiveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
