Most issues are solved with one of these steps.

  1. Enable Screen Time access

    Open Haven and grant Screen Time permission when prompted. If needed, go to iOS Settings and re-enable access for Haven.

  2. Confirm your block targets

    Use Apple's secure app/category picker inside Haven to choose blocked items and make sure each rule is enabled.

  3. Restore purchases

    If Premium is missing, use Restore Purchases in Haven. Subscription status is controlled by your Apple ID billing state.

Support FAQ

How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Haven, then cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can also open Apple subscription management. Apple handles all subscription billing and cancellations.
Do I need a Haven account?
No. Haven purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you already paid, use Restore Purchases in Haven while your iPhone is using the same Apple ID.
What is my Support ID?
Your Support ID is a device-specific identifier that helps us find relevant diagnostics when you email support@havenlimit.app. It is not an account login, subscription code, or entitlement switch.
Why are my blocks not activating?
Check that Screen Time permission is approved, your rule is enabled, and your schedule or daily limit is currently active. Restarting the device can also help after permission changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for eligible purchases.
How can I contact support?
