Questions

Does Haven actually block apps, or just show a warning?
It actually blocks them. Haven uses Apple's Screen Time framework (the same one parents use), so apps are fully shielded when your limit hits. You can take a break through our ritual flow (breath + stillness + intention) so unlocks stay intentional.
Can Haven see my browsing data or app usage?
No. Haven does not read what you do inside apps. Apple's APIs only expose what is needed for selected limits, and your rule setup is stored locally (with optional iCloud sync support).
What's the difference between free and premium?
The free plan gives you 1 block group with scheduling and daily limits. Premium unlocks unlimited groups, stone guardrail modes, ritual break friction, emergency pass safety anchors, automation profiles/shortcuts, and explicit/porn + high-conflict news web filtering.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Subscriptions. Your premium features stay active until the end of your billing period. No hoops, no retention screens.
